Provide clerical and organizational support to Account Managers and Sales Manager

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Preparation of customer quotes
  • Pre-order sales processing
  • Assistance with projects and overflow work
  • Supporting the sales team with presentations for client and prospects 
  • Assist with preparing bid packages 
  • Updating Account/Project data/Opportunities/Project Folders
  • Provide quoting, data entry/word processing assistance
  • Research markets for new opportunities and trends
  • Post-sale customer follow-up
  • Help to coordinate customer visits and events 
  • Assist with marketing campaigns 

Job Requirements/Qualifications 

  • 1+ years of administrative experience 
  • Experience in Commercial Furniture, Interior Space Planning/Design or B2B sales preferred, but not required 
  • Experience in marketing or sales environment a plus
  • Self-Motivated, confident, competitive and energetic personality 
  • Excellent time management skills, with demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritizing and project management 
  • Understanding and knowledge of MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Must enjoy being a part of a team and working collaboratively

 

Job Type: Full Time Position 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday – Thursday, 8:00a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Fridays

Compensation: Hourly
